Topic 2 : fitness and eating habits
Hi, I’m Ngọc Anh. I will tell you all about what I eat and how I exercise. About my training regime, I usually get up at 4:30 am to prepare everything and then start training at 5 am. I usually practice in my room, but I've also practiced on the roof terrace on the 4th floor of my house because it is so airy and cool. I usually stretch my muscles before doing cardio exercises to burn fat. When I need to reduce my thighs or biceps, I will incorporate exercises for those areas. I practice each exercise three times a day, every day in the morning, for over an hour a day. My favorite aspect of exercise is that it makes me feel healthy and mentally prepared for a day of studying. As for the diet, in the morning I usually drink a glass of warm lemon honey water as it is good for the digestive system and helps to improve the complexion.
