Topic 2 : fitness and eating habits


            Hi, I’m Ngọc Anh. I will tell you all about what I eat and how I exercise. About my training regime, I usually get up at 4:30 am to prepare everything and then start training at 5 am.

I usually practice in my room, but I've also practiced on the roof terrace on the 4th floor of my house because it is so airy and cool. I usually stretch my muscles before doing cardio exercises to burn fat. When I need to reduce my thighs or biceps, I will incorporate exercises for those areas. I practice each exercise three times a day, every day in the morning, for over an hour a day. My favorite aspect of exercise is that it makes me feel healthy and mentally prepared for a day of studying.

As for the diet, in the morning I usually drink a glass of warm lemon honey water as it is good for the digestive system and helps to improve the complexion. I will eat a bowl of cocoa oats and fruit after 30 minutes.


I love eating oats since they make many dishes and are very suitable for losing weight. Apples, grapefruits, oranges, and bananas are some of my favorite fruits and vegetables. Starchy foods, dairy products, and fatty foods are those I limit.


Unlike most people, I like fast food because it is convenient, which is why I will occasionally eat it. Unfortunately, most fast food is unhealthy, therefore I won't eat too much of it. Those are the diet and exercise I do every day, thanks for listening
