Topic 10 : Write about your experience that you used to use a service (at a restaurant, clothes store, technology store,.....)

    Hello, I’m Ngọc Anh. A restaurant has excellent service that I would like to tell you about. Because I am a foodie, I pay a lot of attention to the service and the staff. It is a restaurant I have eaten at many times and have gradually become a regular customer. 

  In Yen Hoa, at 100 Vu Pham Ham Street, there is a pork meatball restaurant called Banh trang thit heo Phu Cuong, facility 4. Hanoi has four establishments, but this is my favorite. 

   First of all, the restaurant here has a very beautiful decorations and is extremely spacious with a street view. There is also incredible food here, and ice cream and yogurt are the desserts. 

Furthermore, the staff and security guards are extremely enthusiastic, and the service is excellent. I've experienced a lot of delays and bad attitudes at some of the I've been to. In this restaurant, however, it is not the case. At this Phu Cuong restaurant, I ate with my mother, sister, and a friend of my mother that day. During that time, the restaurant was pretty crowded, almost full, and we only had to wait a few minutes for the staff to clear the table, so we didn't have to wait long. 

    When we arrived at the table, we ordered a number of dishes, including salted fried chicken. When the staff picked up the items, they informed us the item was out of stock and apologized. To express the restaurant's mistake, they also brought us another dish, which is young cheese tofu. Through this, I can observe that the service attitude of the staff is extremely good, as they handle customer issues and problems in a calm manner. In addition, the staff is very attentive, they noticed when my sister didn't have a rubber band to tie up the shoelaces. My sister was given rubber bands by them after they came out to ask if they needed any help.

     The services of this restaurant were very satisfactory to me at the time, and I thought this would be my own restaurant. Who doesn't love a restaurant with excellent service, I would happily recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
